CARD ISSUING

Puma Premier Card keeps all processes simple and convenient to the end user irrespective of the market segment the user belongs to. An individual driver can visit any PUMA dealership and in less than five minutes, will be driving away from the station the owner and new user of a PUMA Premier Card. All that one has to provide to the forecourt attendant is one’s ID and home address while leaving the forecourt attendant to deliver the card to the applicant within a few minutes.

Corporates, Government Departments and NGOs complete the Card End User Application Form listing all users phone numbers, vehicles allocated to the users. In addition, the registration details of the company or NGO have to be provided with the list of directors and contact persons. Once these are submitted to PUMA PREMIER CARD offices an account will be opened. Once the account is opened, PUMA PREMIER CARD offices will proceed to issue the cards for the respective applicant. The card issuing process takes a maximum of two days.

DEPOSIT

Once the account is “Opened”, the applicant is free to deposit their transacting deposit into the PUMA PREMIER CARD bank account, details of which will be provided. Following the crediting of the card account with the deposit, a ten-minute telephonic training will be provided by PUMA PREMIER CARD team. The corporate will be able to allocate its deposit to its cards. The corporate is able to manage its deposits, allocations to cards, card reversals, card blocking, card top ups, and will have full access card and account activity at any time., All transactions are real-time online.
